Data collection for work undertaken is as easy as opening that week’s schedule worksheet from your mobile device and checking the completion box closest to the amount of work completed for each listed task. Also noting any comment or taking a photo directly onto the worksheet.
All the data captured from onboard is automatically uploaded via the Cloud into the ProjectPerfect™ tracking system. The data is analyzed within ProjectPerfect™ and new project reports are generated for use in the upcoming week. Photographs are processed into date sensitive albums and uploaded to the online account.
All of that week’s completed tasks are compiled into quality control worksheets available via the tablet for final inspection and sign off by the onboard project manager as part of the following week’s inspection agenda.
