Creating Balanced Monthly Expense Budgets Based on the Detailed Work Schedule

Once the fully sequenced work schedule, complete with allocated manpower and materials is developed for a project, we will arrange the work start dates to produce a balanced monthly expenditure schedule.


As the construction continues the progress of each task is updated based on inspection worksheets taken by the onboard project manager. We constantly monitor the ongoing work and apply the value of each task as they progress to completion and compare this value against the original baseline budget.


Cost tracking reports provide a weekly update to the value of work completed against the baseline budget providing an extremely accurate project cost status at all times.
